What is ClearRisk™ Manager?
ClearRisk™ Manager is a risk management solution that provides an interactive framework and resources that assist organizations in systematizing and formalizing their risk management efforts while decreasing implementation costs and loss-related costs.
What are the viewing requirements for ClearRisk Manager?
To view the site and all content, JavaScript must be enabled. ClearRisk Manager can best be viewed using browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
What if I don’t know anything about risk management?
ClearRisk™ Manager was created for users of all skill levels including those with no experience or knowledge about risk management or the insurance industry. We clearly lay out the risk management process to help you identify, prioritize and manage your risks. All of our resources have been created using everyday language and provide step by step explanations for implementing risk management within your organization .

How do I register for ClearRisk™?
Registering with ClearRisk™ is a simple 3 step process:
- View our Products page to choose the account type you wish to purchase.
- Complete the online registration form.
- Verify your e-mail address once you have received your registration notice e-mail from ClearRisk™.
Is ClearRisk™ Manager secure?
ClearRisk software is a multi-tier web service based application built on Microsoft technologies including the ASP.NET 3.5 Framework, Microsoft SQL Server 2005, ASP.NET AJAX, LINQ to SQL and Windows Server 2003. In addition, the jQuery JavaScript library is used to provide enhanced AJAX functionality and client-side (web browser) scripting.
ClearRisk takes several measures to ensure that personal information is kept confidential:
- All data transmission between our server and the web browser is encrypted via an SSL certificate.
- Real-time redundant backups, both on-site and off-site.
- Periodic automated security audits to maintain PCI DSS certification (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
- As required by PCI DSS certification, credit card information is not stored on our server., iIt is handled solely by our trusted eCommerce provider, PayPal.
Do I need to back-up my data?
No. ClearRisk ensures 99.9% up-time by doing the following:
- Hosting our site with a well respected 3rd party hosting provider that has redundant high bandwidth network connections and fail-safe’s for power outages.
- Regular server load testing, analytics and code optimization.
I need help! How can I contact ClearRisk for support?
Phone, e-mail and mailing contact information can be found on the Contact Us page. Immediate telephone support is available between 9am and 5pm NT (UTC-03:30) from Monday to Friday. Live chat support is available 24/7 and we respond to all e-mails within 24 hours.
What should I do if I receive an error message when I try to log in?
- Please verify that your username and password are correct and that Caps Lock is not on.
- For security reasons, our system will not accept a copied and pasted password from an email program. If you copied and pasted your username or password, please manually type your log in information.
- Have you verified your e-mail address? If not, please return to the verification e-mail sent to you by ClearRisk and follow the instructions provided.
- If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 you may need to upgrade your browser version.
- To check which version you are using please go to “Help” and then “About” in your browser window.
- If you are not able to view the “Help” button then right click at the top of the screen and click “Menu Bar”.
- If you have completed all of the above steps and you are still unable to log in:
- You may be able to receive live chat help from one of our associates. If the blue box in the bottom right corner says “Online”, double click the box and a member of the ClearRisk team will be glad to help you.
- If the live chat feature is offline please contact us so that we may assist you via e-mail or phone.
What should I do if I have not received a verification e-mail?
- Please verify that you completed the sign-up process. You will only receive your verification e-mail if you have created a username, password and have provided a valid e-mail address to which you have access.
- Check that the verification e-mail has not been intercepted by your junk mail folder.
- Your spam service may delay receipt of your verification e-mail. Depending on your provider, it may take several hours for the e-mail to show as received in your inbox.
- If you still have not received your verification e-mail please let us know so that we may assist you in accessing ClearRisk Manager.
